In this role, you will be responsible for the line management and coordination of nursing and multidisciplinary team activities, ensuring continuity and quality in patient care. About You Qualified Mental Health Professional – Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and a qualification equivalent to a Graduate Diploma in Mental Health Nursing. Strong Leadership & Communication Skills – Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, resolve conflicts, and communicate effectively with all stakeholders. Innovative Care Model Developer – Experience in reviewing and enhancing person- and family-centred care models, with a commitment to consumer and carer participation. Experienced Mentor & Change Leader – Minimum three years' post-registration experience, with demonstrated competence in leadership roles and the supervision of less experienced staff.
