Administration Assistant
We are looking for an experienced administrator located to join the growing Chandler Macleod team!
Position Overview:
In this role, you will be responsible for the seamless management of basic administrative duties, ensuring the effective and efficient operation of our recruitment processes.
* Manage day-to-day administrative tasks such as data entry, record-keeping, and document management.
* Provide support to on-site teams and management as required.
* Basic recruitment duties, onboarding etc.
* Booking accommodation, Coal Board Medicals and Standard 11's.
* Adhere to all safety and operational guidelines.
* Collaborating with the recruitment team to fulfill hiring requirements for clients.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Recruitment experience highly regarded.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
* Proficiency using MS Office Suite.
This role is a Monday - Friday with flexible work arrangements (Site/Office/Work from home).
