Based in Truganina, Victoria, they are a leading provider of tailored web and cloud solutions, specialising in delivering high-performance applications and cutting-edge technologies to meet clients' evolving needs.The ICT Systems Test Engineer role is highly technical and requires expertise across a wide range of tools, languages, and frameworks.
This position creates and implements procedures and strategies to support, develop, maintain, and oversee technical quality assurance processes, guidelines, and system infrastructure.
Investigate, analyse, and resolve system issues and performance problems while testing the functionality, behavior, and integrity of systems.The annual salary for this role is $85,000 - $95,000 plus superannuation.Responsibilities include:Scheduling and performing quality assurance audits, analysing systems, data, and documentation to ensure all operations meet the highest standards.Identifying discrepancies and potential risks to ensure compliance with established standards, procedures, and best practices.Recommending and implementing corrective action plans to resolve any issues of non-compliance detected through regular monitoring and audits.Collaborating with users and management to communicate, educate, and ensure adherence to quality control procedures, standards, and practices.Assisting in troubleshooting, diagnosing, testing, and resolving technical issues across various systems.Developing and providing technical training and guidance on application software and operational procedures to enhance team efficiency.Analysing, diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to software, hardware, networks, email systems, databases, security protocols, and other IT systems.Conducting thorough testing to identify and resolve functionality errors, ensuring that systems and code meet performance specifications and quality standards.Reviewing and assessing the architecture of organisational systems, recommending current and future strategies for hardware and software improvements.Creating and reviewing technical documentation, including manuals, procedural guides, operational specifications, and maintenance records, to ensure clear and effective communication across teams.Qualifications:Must hold a Bachelor of Computer Applications degree.Should have more than three (3) years of professional experience in a similar setting.
