We currently have an exciting opportunity to join the Quaker Oats team as a Sales & Logistics Officer at our Forrestfield site.
Details:
1. Location: Forrestfield
2. Monday to Friday
3. Parental leave coverage until mid January 2026
4. Selection Process: Phone Conversation - Interview - Online Testing - Background and Pre-Employment Medical Checks - Decision
Responsibilities
Job responsibilies include but not limited to:
5. Receive, schedule, and confirm sale orders with customers.
6. Coordinate with production planning and orders, freight bookings, and liaise with warehouse and third-party transport for product movement.
7. Communicate shipment status, tracking forecasts, and ensure high-quality customer service.
8. Prepare all loading paperwork accurately.
9. Prepare forward production demand and estimated loadout plan dates in the system.
10. Align scheduled volumes with demand and shipment plans.
11. Ensure accurate and timely dispatch of export documentation.
12. Review freight invoices and enter commercial invoices into the relevant system.
Ensure compliance with Quaker’s ethical standards and company policies.
Qualifications
Skills and Experience:
13. Experience in export documentation, logistical or production scheduling preferred.
14. Excellent organisational skills
15. Good communication and problem-solving skills
16. Teamwork orientated.
17. Self-motivated and dedicated to achieving goals through continuous improvement.
