About your role: Actively partner with cardiology clinical director to ensure, patient flow management, integration and effective decision making to support Cardiology priorities. Utilise advanced level negotiation and conflict management skills to advocate with stakeholders for resources to provide Cardiac inpatient, outpatient and outreach services. Collaborate with senior management to ensure effective cooperation within and across the Cardiology Services to enhance service delivery, quality outcomes and patient services ensuring there is timely access to services.
