Role Overview: The Operations Administrator (Enrolled Nurse) will play a key role in supporting the seamless operation of our clinic network, working closely with the General Manager. This is a hybrid administrative and operations role, ideal for an enrolled nurse with a strategic mindset and a talent for managing clinic operations and staff.You will answer directly to Cosmetique's General Manager Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day clinic operations, swiftly resolving any issues to ensure continuous, high-quality service.Recruit, train, and supervise clinical and administrative teams, upholding Cosmetique's policies and procedures.Ensure compliance with all health regulations, laws, and accreditation standards, contributing to a safe environment for patients and staff.Implement and monitor quality assurance programmes, ensuring consistently high standards of patient care and service.Identify and address potential risks, creating strategies for mitigation and fostering a culture of safety and excellence.Provide exceptional patient relations, managing enquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and empathy.Ensure patient records are handled accurately and securely, in line with privacy regulations.Drive clinic growth by identifying opportunities for service enhancement, patient retention, and increased patient acquisition.Oversee marketing activities and promotions, aligning them with clinic goals to attract and retain patients.Serve as a liaison among clinics, healthcare providers, patients, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders.Facilitate effective internal communication, organising meetings, sharing updates, and ensuring information flow within the clinic.
