Main foucus will be to undertake candidate application assessment and screening and support in delivering a positive and efficient experience for all job applicants.
Main Responsibilities include:
Screen call potential short-listed candidates and book interviews for recruitment managers.
Complete reference checking and compliance checking.
Provide general administrative support as required.
Candiate sourcing via soclial media channesl such as Linkedin and rsume databases
Updating adn “refreshing” of job ads
Requirements
The ideal person is an experienced agency-based talent acquisition specialist with well-round recruitment, administrative and customer services skills, who is naturally organised, proactive with time management, a quick thinker with an eye for detail and excellent data base management.
You must have a positive ‘can do’ attitude and be a highly skilled communicator able to quickly put potential candidates at ease and most importantly you must love working agency recruitment.
Specifically, you will need:
Experienced in agency-based talent acquisition.
Highly proficient verbal & written communication and relationship building skills.
Have a genuine interest in people with the ability to provide a high quality of professional service to candidates and employers.
Excellent time management and organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise work, managing processing of high volumes of candidates.
Effective numerical, critical thinking and analytical skill.
Confidence dealing with ambiguity and changing priorities.
You will require accest to a reliable pc / laptop and internet to enable online meetings / interviews to be conducted from home.
The role is part-time, flexible 15 to 20 hours per week spread over 5 days, on a Work From Home arrangement.
