Join us on our transformative journey.The Role:As our NDIS Manager – Growth & Collaboration, you will be the driving force behind our ambitious growth targets. You will develop and execute comprehensive sales and lead generation strategies to increase billable hours across our core service areas including Supported Independent Living (SIL), High Intensity Activities of Daily Living (HIADLs), Social & Community Participation, as well as Therapy services (Occupational Therapy, Support Coordination, and Positive Behaviour Support).This pivotal role requires demonstrated, relevant experience in the NDIS/disability sector with a strong focus on sales and business development. You will activate pre-established referral channels, establish new high-value partnerships, and ensure that every signed client translates into sustainable, serviceable billable hours. Your success will be measured against clearly defined targets, supported by a robust Short Term Incentive Plan (STIP).Key Responsibilities:Lead / referral Generation & Prospecting: Identify and target high-value referral sources across hospitals, community agencies, and social services. Build a strong pipeline through cold calling, email outreach, and strategic networking.Lead Nurturing & Relationship Building: Engage new prospects with tailored communications and face-to-face meetings. Develop long-term relationships to secure sustainable client placements. Create and implement sales strategies and campaigns to drive client acquisition for SIL, HIADLs, and Therapy services. Present compelling service propositions and negotiate contract terms.Client Onboarding & Coordination: Collaborate with HR, Service Coordination, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and timely resolution of open shifts.Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor weekly billable hours and conversion metrics using CRM and project management tools. Provide regular updates and insights to senior leadership to drive data-informed decision-making.What You’ll Bring:Mandatory -Demonstrated, relevant experience in the NDIS/disability sector with a proven track record in sales and growth.Expertise in lead generation, conversion, and relationship management.Deep, comprehensive understanding of service areas including SIL, HIADLs, and various therapy disciplines.Strong strategic planning and analytical skills with experience using CRM tools (e.g., GoHighLevel) and project management software (e.g., Monday.com).Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.Experience in Perth Metro is strongly preferred.What We Offer:Competitive Remuneration: On Target Earnings (OTE) of $150,000 (excluding super): $100,000 base salary plus super + up to $50,000 performance bonus.Dynamic Work Environment: Join a passionate team dedicated to making a tangible difference in the lives of our clients.
