GP Training Medical EducatorsFlexible locationFull Time12/11/2024About the role We are seeking an experienced executive assistant to join our team as our Medical Education Officer (listed as Medical Education Executive Assistant) to provide key administrative and operational support to the Medical Education Leadership team. As a Medical Education Officer, you'll: Provide high-level administrative support to the National Director of Training, including diary and email management, meeting coordination, and document preparation. Assist with organising internal and external meetings, preparing agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions. Collaborate with various RACGP teams to enhance training delivery and outcomes. Facilitate communications with stakeholders, ensuring high standards of professionalism and confidentiality. Support RACGP's mission to provide world-class training by maintaining efficient workflows and information management. Skills & Experience A minimum of five years' experience in an executive assistant or high-level administrative role, ideally supporting senior management or educational leadership. Strong organisational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
