**What’s the role?**
Medium Rare Content Agency (MRCA) is seeking a Senior Production Manager to work on the Coles supermarket account, supporting the award winning content ecosystem. This role is pivotal in managing a high volume of stills shoots and producing video production across the full year.
It’s the perfect role for production experts who are looking for variety and the opportunity to work on one of Australia’s largest retailers.
**Responsibilities:**
Reporting to the Executive Creative Director, the Senior Production Manager works alongside the Coles Creative team and the Medium Rare Production team to ensure all production is best in class and delivers on client objectives. They drive efficiency and consistency and are embedded in the team to ensure best-practice end-to-end production.
+ Manage the scheduling and communications for more than 400 shoots per year
+ Ensure all production deliverables are executed on time and on budgetWork closely with the broader Medium Rare Production team to facilitate video shoots across the year
+ Produce video and stills shoots where required
+ Run PPM meetings and comms where required
+ Manage post production across stills and video where required
+ Work closely with the dedicated studio team to ensure best efficiency and usage
+ Manage all production risk assessment, permits and talent releases
+ Work across the food and lifestyle brands
+ Negotiate rate cards and fees
**Who are you?**
+ 5-7 years of relevant production experience
+ Experience with working in the food category
+ Process driven with extreme attention to detail
+ A team player who wants to enable the creative team to succeed
