We're a dedicated team of experienced cardiologists, sonographers, and administrative staff committed to providing exceptional cardiovascular care to our community in the beautiful coastal town of Shellharbour and Wollongong NSW.
Key responsibilities
1. Provide general cardiology with skills in imaging (echocardiography, stress echocardiography) along with general cardiology consulting. The expectation of this role is to assist in accommodating the demand for services in rapid growth areas.
2. The ability to work in a team and high calibre communication skills are mandatory.
3. Interpret diagnostic tests, including holter and event monitors and ECGs.
4. Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with advancements in cardiology.

Minimum Requirements:
1. MBBS (or equivalent), Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of Physicians including advanced training and specialist recognition as a cardiologist.
2. Eligible for Specialist Medical Registration in Australia.
3. Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
4. Strong clinical skills and a commitment to patient-centred care.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
