We are seeking a Tender Coordinator to join our Engineering & Construction Division supporting the Pre-Contracts Manager, based in our Brisbane Office at Milton. This integral position will entail joining a cohesive team who are directly impacting the success of the business every day. The role offers flexible working hours on a permanent part-time basis. Drawing on your previous experience, you will be responsible for:
1. Co-ordinating input from subject matter experts for the effective compilation of tenders and proposals, in line with deadlines
2. Maintaining records on the server and co-ordinate accesses and authorities as well as updating and maintaining registers
3. Maintaining tender files and audit completeness of approvals and handover
4. Contributing to the ongoing improvement of systems
5. Providing team administration support as required
What you will bring:
6. Well-developed interpersonal and verbal communication skills to ensure effective communication with all levels of stakeholders
7. Willingness to learn, take on new challenges and do what is required to get the job done
8. A strong team mentality as well as the ability to work autonomously
9. Excellent written communication skills with high attention to detail, to accurately prepare and review content
10. Advanced skills in use of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Adobe Acrobat Professional.
11. Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications of Journalism or another related field is desirable, not essential. Capability to adapt to change, can work well under pressure and persist toward goals despite obstacles
12. Initiative to set and achieve work goals for yourself
13. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
14. Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills
15. High level of time management and the ability to handle a fluctuating workload
