About the role We're looking for a proactive HR Administrator, commencing immediately 3 days per week, to support the HR Manager and Business Partners across various HR functions, including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee support, and reporting. This role is essential for ensuring smooth HR operations and upholding our commitment to employee engagement and development. Key responsibilities are: Post job advertisements, screen candidates, coordinate interview schedules, and maintain accurate records throughout the recruitment process. Develop and manage professional relationships across departments to facilitate effective HR partnerships and act as a reliable point of contact for employee-related matters. Coordinate the onboarding and offboarding process, including setting up system access, organising HR inductions, and ensuring smooth transitions for employees entering or exiting the organisation. Address general HR inquiries, support the administration of performance reviews, and manage probation period records for new employees. Organise training sessions, track attendance and support the implementation of the annual training calendar to ensure compliance with learning and development plans. Support employee recognition initiatives by managing service awards and assisting with team updates and announcements.
