* Commencement Salary: $77,390 per annum (plus 17% superannuation)
About the Role
You will primarily focus on the delivery of teaching and associated administrative duties within the Academic Unit’s undergraduate and/or postgraduate programs in Social Work and Human Services. You will contribute independently and as part of a team to support the Academic Unit’s teaching outcomes and to carry out activities to maintain and develop their scholarly expertise.

Essential Skills and Experience
* Qualification in Social Work and professional/industry experience in a relevant field
* Eligibility for membership with the Australian Association of Social Workers
* Demonstrated ability to undertake a range of teaching duties including the preparation of appropriate teaching materials and resources
* High level written and oral communication skills including demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate with team members, external parties, colleagues and students
* Demonstrated ability to actively engage and educate a student group
* Demonstrated competence in using the necessary digital techniques required for effective curriculum delivery
* High level administrative and organisational skills
* Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Demonstrated commitment to teaching through continual development and improving performance
