Marketing Coordinator The Marketing Coordinator works collaboratively with Coffee Sourcing, Sales, Lab, and Logistics teams to develop and execute effective marketing strategies that foster customer engagement, promote product offerings, and drive conversions. This role includes creating targeted content for multiple channels, managing digital assets, overseeing social media and email marketing campaigns, and supporting cross-departmental communication to align marketing efforts with company goals.

Digital Content Production & Design Website Maintenance & Optimisation Update and maintain the company's WordPress website using WooCommerce and Elementor, manage product listings, and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal performance.Design & Layout Create visual assets for print (brochures, flyers) and digital platforms (social media graphics, website visuals), including animated graphics and video editing as needed.Freelancer Briefing & Management Create briefs for freelancers to produce high-quality assets, ensuring brand consistency and alignment with project goals.Project Coordination Using Monday.com Use Monday.com to facilitate project tracking, team communication, and cross-departmental collaboration, particularly with logistics and sales teams.Supplier Liaison & Merchandise Procurement Coordinate merchandise procurement, manage orders, and maintain inventory levels for branded materials.Customer Support for Media & Information Distribution Provide customers with access to media and information resources, responding to inquiries and distributing materials as needed.
