**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated National Service Administration Manager to lead our National Service Administration team. In this role, you will be ensuring a high level of support to the National Service Account Managers, branches, and Customers by accurately maintaining the systems, producing monthly reports, accurate record keeping.
**Requirements**:
**Responsibilities & Duties**
- Assist the branches with information and requests in relation to National Service Customers.
- Monitoring performance of the National Service Administration team.
- Supervising and coaching administrators.
- Produce Debtors Report to identify outstanding debt and facilitate strategies for Account Managers to resolve.
- Unit Deliveries Report to ensure that appropriate post delivery service is provided.
- New and Cancelled Customer PM Contracts Report completed monthly or as required for various customers.
- Manages & coordinates the national rentals service deliverables for national clients
- Assist the branches with information and requests in relation to National Rental Customers.
- Ensure the AS400 system is maintained with accurate information at all times for all National Customers.
**Skills & Experience**
- Proven experience in service administration, management, or a related field.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM or service management software.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive improvement.
