We provide high quality patient care in a supportive multi-disciplinary team environment. We are one of the leading providers of outpatient Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), a form of brain stimulation used to treat chronic depression.
We are seeking registered nurses preferably with experience in TMS administration to work in our clinic in Ballarat. Applicants who are able to travel to Melbourne 3 days per week (Mon-Wed) for 3-4 weeks to complete training will be highly regarded. Please state whether you can commit to this in your cover letter. The Role As a TMS Clinician, you will be responsible for the safe and effective administration of TMS treatment to patients with chronic mental health conditions. There is also an opportunity to be dual-trained in nasal delivery esketamine treatment for the right applicant.
Key duties and responsibilities: Explain and administer TMS treatment to patients with chronic depression and other psychiatric conditions Maintain clinical case notes and prepare reports Conduct clinical risk assessments Participate in clinical case meetings and ongoing training Conduct suicide risk assessments About You: Registered nurses with current AHPRA registration and mental health experience. Experience within mental health is advantageous.
