The Opportunity
Join the team at Gunnedah Hospital, we are seeking a dedicated and skilled professional to lead a small, dynamic team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who's driven, motivated, and eager to grow.
In this role, you'll oversee administrative positions including clinical support officers, medical records, front office switchboard operations, and work closely with the Health Service Manager to support operations.
Responsibilities include:
You will be responsible for managing medical rosters and medical billing.Work closely with another manager to maintain seamless operations and meet deadlines.Guide 8 staff members, ensuring a supportive and efficient team culture.Regularly catch up with the team, address any issues, and oversee a dynamic range of tasks.About You:
You have extensive computer skills and can quickly learn a variety of systems.You possess strong time management and negotiation skills.Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills allow you to effectively manage staff and collaborate across teams.Your ability to stay calm under pressure and think strategically makes you an asset in a fast-paced environment.You demonstrate leadership capabilities and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
