Your normal day will involve:
* Serving as the primary point of contact for all customer service needs.
* Coordinating service bookings, managing repair orders, and updating customers on repair status.
* Ensuring customer satisfaction with professional service, follow-ups, and prompt communication.
* Collaborating with the Workshop Foreman to streamline service operations.
