We are seeking an organised and empathetic Administration Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience managing staff absences, possess strong administrative and communication skills, and understand the unique needs of the childcare industry.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative, reception and communication support for staff and centre families.Take a leadership role in managing staff call-ins for sick leave and rearranging rosters to ensure smooth daily operations within a childcare setting.Key SkillsExcellent communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.An empathetic and professional approach towards employees.Ability and commitment to respond to staff members’ sick leave requests during after-hours (paid) in a timely manner.Your Qualifications and ExperiencePreferably holding at least a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care.Current Working With Vulnerable People Card.Experience in administration and workforce management, or a similar role.If you believe you have the skills and passion to succeed in this role, we'd love to hear from you!
