Job Description · Overseeing the creation and adoption of a knowledge management (KM) framework that supports NAB policy while ensuring high quality and effective control of KM.
· Experience on Data Stewards and SharePoint Platform mandatory.
· Understanding and transposing data architecture into KM and data guardrails.
· Producing data guardrails for all data within the scope of the role.
· Managing and overseeing NAB's data assets to ensure data quality, integrity, and security.
· Fulfilling all responsibilities and accountabilities required by NAB efficiently and effectively.
· Identifying and managing data issues, determining whether they are data issues or data quality issues.
· Logging data issues in a risk management tool to ensure they are recorded and tracked.
· Assessing the impact and root cause of data issues to determine appropriate remediation actions.
· Prioritizing and resolving data issues based on their impact and urgency.
· Following the Data Quality Issues Management Process Guide, which outlines the process for managing data quality issues.
· Adhering to the Data Risk Management Framework, which provides a consistent approach to managing data risk and data throughout its lifecycle.
· Supporting the business through data stewardship by creating a network of data professionals, supporting change initiators, and ensuring adherence to data management requirements.
· Providing consultative services on best practices and NAB's policy in the advancement of KM and data controls.
