Secure Parking is looking for a Presales Architect to drive our commercial team's growth by identifying the best technical solutions to operate different types of car parks. You'll use your in-depth knowledge of car park technologies to work with the commercial teams to solution the technical requirements for new car parks as well as assist in providing technical solutions for tender responses. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the state commercial teams to gather customer requirements and recommend optimal car park solutions. Engage directly with potential clients to address complex and challenging parking and IT infrastructure needs. Create and implement a Presales Framework to streamline interactions between Commercial, IT Operations, and IT Projects, including tracking presales activities. Partner with Project Managers to ensure seamless implementation of complex car park designs and develop standardized designs for simpler projects. Generate High-Level Solution Design (HLSD) documentation for intricate car park projects. Produce reusable sales collateral to illustrate the strengths and positioning of our car park technology solutions. Contribute to and lead technology-focused responses for car park tenders, showcasing our competitive edge. Our ideal candidate requires: Undergraduate degree in a relevant field. Preferably with long-term experience in the parking industry and a deep understanding of parking systems and technology. Expertise in various IT systems, including networking and core infrastructure. Strong commercial acumen with a track record of success in technical sales support.
