Shepparton, Shepparton & Goulburn Valley VIC Management (Community Services & Development) Full time Connect GV is a leading not-for-profit organisation dedicated to providing exceptional disability services across the Goulburn Valley.As a registered NDIS provider, we deliver a range of essential supports, including residential housing, day programs, plan management, supported employment, and individualised support services.We are deeply committed to quality, inclusivity, and a zero-tolerance approach to abuse, neglect, and exploitation.Our goal is to continuously exceed the needs and goals of our participants while fostering a positive, respectful, and collaborative work environment.About the Role As the Executive Manager NDIS Services, you will be a key leader in Connect GV's Senior Leadership Team, reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer.You will oversee participant intake and engagement processes to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing satisfaction, ensure the accuracy and compliance with NDIS requirements for billing operations, lead the development, implementation and management of service agreements, and directly oversee residential services, day programs, individualised supports and outreach programs to ensure high-quality, compliant services that meet standards and support participant-centered outcomes.You will also lead and manage projects.Through your leadership, you will foster a collaborative and empowering environment, supporting your team to deliver exceptional, multi-disciplinary services that contribute positively to the lives of people with disabilities.About You To succeed in this role, you will bring a combination of strategic vision, hands-on leadership, and deep sector knowledge to Connect GV.You will have extensive experience in senior leadership roles within the disability, community, or health services sectors, coupled with a strong understanding of NDIS systems, compliance, and service delivery standards.You thrive in a collaborative environment, excel in managing complex priorities, and have a track record of implementing successful operational improvements and change initiatives.Key Qualifications and Experience The successful candidate will have tertiary qualifications in Disability, Health, or Community Services (or similar field), ideally coupled with a postgraduate qualification in business administration or similar.You will have proven experience in a senior leadership role, preferably within disability, community services or health services, with a strong knowledge of NDIS practices, funding and quality standards.Overall, you will have exceptional communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills, along with strong business management, budgeting and strategic planning capabilities.You will be a strong solutions-oriented, self-motivated, adaptable, and driven to lead teams through positive change and development, ready to make a difference.Why Join Connect GV?
