Our technical experts enable our self-delivery capability in Heating, Ventilation & Airconditioning (HVAC), Electrical, BMS, General Maintenance and Fire Services. As a Sales Executive, here is a snapshot of your day: - To be an active support for the Business Development Managers and Business Unit Leaders with the negotiation and closing of sales opportunities - Develop the skills to successfully manager their own sales opportunities - Build professional customer relationships with existing, new and potential clients. - Consider innovative means to develop new sources of profitable business and discuss the feasiblitiy of these with the BDM and team. - Develop and deliver exceptional sales and tender documents and presentations - Maintain records and relevant contract document in the support of tenders and re-bids for the business. - Keep up to date with industry developments, maintaining awareness of competitor activity and market trends. To be successful in this role, you will need to possess: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales experience preferably from the facilities management/hard services/service provider industry or relatable industry - Experience of dealing with a range of people including site staff, suppliers and - customers - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be detail conscious and methodical in approach. - Experience of preparing detailed written documents and reports to a high standard - Adaptability and flexibility of meeting tight deadlines What's in it for you?
