Job No: ISC312 Location: Inverell Position: Total Quality Coordinator Applications are invited for the position of Total Quality Coordinator, based at Council's Administrative Centre. The successful applicant shall be responsible for assisting in the development of risk management policies, procedures and systems within Council’s Civil Services Division. Selection Criteria Essential Criteria: Qualifications: Class C Drivers Licence; SafeWork NSW General Construction Induction card (‘White Card’). Skills and Experience: Proven ability to interpret legislation, undertake high level research and apply sound judgement and analysis to ensure compliance with applicable legislation and policies; Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a talent for engaging with diverse stakeholders. Desirable Criteria: Qualifications: Commencement, progression and/ or completion of a risk management qualification acceptable to the Director Civil Services. Employment will be in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Local Government (State) Award 2023. The classification for the position will be up to Operational Band 2, Level 3, Grade 13 to Grade 14. Salary will be in accordance with qualifications and experience, and will be in a range from $1,568.10 to $1,739.42 gross per week. An enhanced salary package may be negotiated with an exceptional candidate.
