We would like team members who are excited about the opportunity to build a stable, rewarding, and lucrative career with us.Schedule Full-time Position A 38-hour week (Monday – Friday + reasonable overtime).Salary-based Position (Negotiable - Experience, knowledge, and ability will be taken into consideration).The Position We are looking for a Project Administrator who is eager to learn, dedicated to meeting deadlines, and capable of assisting Project Managers with every aspect of a project in order to deliver a high standard of quality.Key Responsibilities Data entry – enter jobs/variations and modifications into ABM. Compile, review and maintain ITPs and ITRs as per client requirements.Issue contract variation purchase orders.Maintain a cost tracking check sheet to ensure projects are well within the budget.Providing the customer with updated and revised documents.Liaise with the Procurement Team on incoming materials.Track and monitor incoming goods via Stores to ensure material arrives on time.Provide weekly/daily updates on upcoming tasks to the Senior Project Administrator.Coordinate with Project Managers on scheduling contractors at an appropriate time. Comply with the administrative contractual requirements stipulated between the customer and LAI Group.The Candidate The successful applicant will preferably maintain a level of professionalism, integrity, and a willingness to cooperate and interact with people of all personality types towards customers, vendors, contractors, and employees.The ability to handle numerous things while working under duress.To understand and implement beneficial operational risk management techniques for the project.To support and handle administrative responsibilities. Organise and gather project data for a effective project process.1 year of previous experience within the Project Administrator field. Computer proficiency with MS Project and the MS Office Suite.Strong verbal and written communication skills.The ability to cooperate effectively in a team setting and improve constructive relationships with teams from different departments.Desired Competencies Certificate 3 or higher in an administrative course.
