What's so exciting about this role? The Credit Risk team at hummgroup is responsible for managing the end-to-end credit life cycle of our customers. We are a relatively flat organisational structure, and as a member of the team, you are accountable for end-to-end responsibility for your area of focus and will need to be flexible and able to take on additional and/or different accountabilities as required. The purpose of this role is to inform and support the team through data, research, analytics, and reporting. You will have the opportunity to make meaningful contributions to the team and the company. The role will be focused on a suite of products in AU. The Credit Operations team is responsible for the assessment and processing of all Regulated Consumer Credit Applications within hummgroup. What Does An Average Day Look Like? No day is average at hummgroup, but here's an idea of what you can expect to do in this role: Daily assessment of credit applications, including Australian Personal Loan Applications and both Australian & New Zealand Credit Card Applications. Manage departmental tasks, including applications, emails, and phone lines. Provide a high level of customer service to customers, merchants, and internal stakeholders. Ensure our credit decisioning aligns with our Credit policy guidelines. Work unsupervised and under challenging deadlines.
