Nightfill Manager
This role requires a leader who can efficiently set up the store for success in preparation for the next day of trade. The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills, allowing them to identify priorities and effectively communicate tasks to their team.
The nightfill team's primary focus will be on breaking down pallets and restocking shelves to ensure customer satisfaction.

About the Role
* Review and plan for sales and seasonal events
* Develop effective promotional plans
* Maintain accurate inventory controls
* Operate store equipment safely and efficiently
* Ensure a strong focus on OH&S and safety
* Deliver key performance metrics and targets across the Nightfill team
* Lead Store Sustainability commitments

Roster Details
This full-time salaried role requires flexibility to work early mornings, days, and late nights across a fortnightly rotational roster, including weekends.
