In this role, you will play a pivotal role in the digital transformation of our online commercial platforms through a complete website rebuild and the ongoing enhancement and optimisation of these platforms.You will work collaboratively with our Head of E-commerce, leading the project from start to finish. This position offers an incredible opportunity for learning and growth, as you will receive support and mentorship from an experienced broader team, whilst expanding your knowledge in E-commerce and digital.Engage in discovery sessions with customers/clients to understand their interactions and needs from us as a brand and the service we provide.Consult with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and understand the impact of our digital landscape on efficiency, processes and sales outcomes.Facilitate research that captures internal and external insights to shape and scope requirements, identify challenges and highlight possible solutions.Use insights to make impactful decisions that reflect our brand position in our industry.Craft end-to-end digital experiences through wireframes, prototypes, initial design files and user testing.Brief functional wireframes to internal and external partners and deliver branding and design principal requirements.Oversee external development support to ensure end-to-end project management is delivered on time and at a high standard.Continuously analyse and optimise the customer experience and content to drive customer satisfaction and wider business efficiency through positive engagement.Plan weekly/monthly global content updates in partnership with marketing.Monitor inbound enquiries and customer engagement and analyse to influence CX improvement roadmap.Provide ad-hoc support for extended eCommerce responsibilities and deliverables as required.About YouOur ideal candidate is energised by change, growth, innovation and ideation. You will have the confidence to lead projects, the relationship skills to build connections globally, the drive to make a real difference to the growth and success of a business and the desire to build a lasting career in Ecommerce/digital.Prior experience in leading design projects with a UX focus.Solid skills in UX processes, including user research, wireframing, information architecture and usability testing.Excellent problem-solving skills with an understanding of technical constraints and limitations as they apply to designing for platforms.Proficiency with tools like Figma, FigJam, Adobe Creative Suite, and Miro.The ability to create interactive prototypes that accurately simulate real-world user interactions, with a strong understanding of user-centred design principles.Foundational design skills across space, typography, colour, hierarchy and composition with a critical eye for detail.Thrive in fast-paced environments, working autonomously and embracing ambiguity.Balance big-picture thinking with a sharp attention to detail.Communicate design decisions clearly and persuasively, bringing clarity and a seamless handover with external development partners.Proven experience working in agile and high-growth environments, adapting quickly and contributing to iterative processes.Interest in leveraging AI and other emerging technologies to fast-track processes and enhance digital experiences.Interest in CRO and a passion for diversifying your capabilities across a range of ECommerce tasks.
