About the Role Reporting to the Parts Manager, you will provide effective and compliant warehouse and distribution services and accurate parts advice and administrative services to Liebherr standards. You will develop relationships and build trust with stakeholders.
This role is a FIFO role working 5/2, 4/3 roster with 10-hour shifts based at Carmichael Mine Site. Flights, meals, and camp accommodation are included.
Key ResponsibilitiesPick, pack, and dispatch ordersUnpack, receipt, and check stockInspect and maintain itemsMonitor the effectiveness of parts processes including stock control and inventoryCarry out monthly cycle countsMaintain accurate records, files, and reportsManage the core return process with site for major componentsArrange parts – ordering, receipting, inspection, and allocationRaise sales and replenishment ordersMaintain component repairs status with Liebherr systemsQuote componentsData entry of component change out information and monthly hour readingsSkills & ExperienceCertificate II Warehousing & Storage or 2-5 years' industry experience - desirableBasic understanding of technical drawing and manualsA good understanding of computers with the ability to learn new systemsCurrent Driver's LicenceExperience in monitoring stock control and inventory processesHave a sound knowledge of Microsoft OfficeDiversity and Inclusion Diversity and inclusion sit at the heart of the Liebherr Group's Core Values.
