Role Summary
As a Senior Manager you will be instrumental in leading a Tax and Advisory division in Sydney, focusing on private businesses and business services. This position requires a professional adept at guiding business leaders through the complexities of operations management, tax compliance, competitive analysis, and strategic exits. Key Responsibilities
* Oversee a diverse portfolio of SME to SGE clients, providing strategic advice and practical solutions to their business challenges.
* Cultivate strong, trust-based relationships with clients, guiding them through business lifecycle events with innovative tax and commercial strategies.
* Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of dedicated professionals, fostering an environment of growth and excellence.
* Drive business development efforts, identifying new opportunities and areas for specialisation within the SME sector.
* Collaborate with teams across the firm to deliver a holistic service offering to clients.
Requirements
* Bachelor or Master degree in Business, Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
* Professional accreditation (CA/CPA) or equivalent.
* At least 8-10 years of experience in business advisory, with a focus on SMEs, including substantial leadership and strategic project management roles.
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
* Demonstrated ability in people management, with a passion for mentoring and developing talent.
