Reporting to the Senior Manager, Facilities, Quality & Environment, the role is responsible for the daily management of the front desk and the coordination of front desk activities. The role also provides support to Konica Minolta's Leadership Team to assist with coordinating business functions, communications and managing business travel and expenses.RequirementsEnsure the smooth and efficient running of the front deskManage all incoming calls and general telephone enquiriesGreet and advise visiting clients in a professional and courteous mannerPerform a variety of administrative and clerical duties such as filing and managing visitor carparking.Arrange outgoing couriers' deliveriesSort and distribute incoming/outgoing mail and courier deliveriesSchedule and coordinate Leadership Team meetings, business function, lunches and dinners.Prepare written documentation and communications for Senior ManagersCoordinate international guest visitsOrganise, book and manage business travel & expenses for the Leadership TeamWho are we looking for?Demonstrated experience in a similar role.Excellent customer service and interpersonal skillsIT literacy in MS Office suite (Excel, Word & Outlook in particular)Excellent time management and organisational skills.Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to build relationships, credibility and trustExcellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels both internally and externally.The ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate a high level of integrity at all timesExcellent attention to detail.As per Konica Minolta compliance procedures, the successful candidate will be required to undertake background checks.BenefitsWhat can KM offer you?You will enjoy a collaborative team culture where you will be supported and empowered to contribute your ideas and identify opportunities to develop your team and yourself.
