About the role:
BBS has an exciting opportunity for a Project Coordinator/Contracts Administrator to join the team in NSW. Reporting to Senior Management, you will provide administrative assistance to the construction team on small and large projects, including contract administration, assistance with planning applications, project coordination, and invoicing, whilst providing clients regular updates. This is role is a customer service driven role ensuring all clients have a positive experience with Beacon Building Services. The successful candidates tasks will include, however are not limited to:
* Managing client portals
* Administrating building contracts
* Assisting with planning/permit applications
* Assisting the Project Manager/Site Supervisor with quote & variation submissions
* Overseeing job file updates & document control
* Responding to client queries
* Updating clients, and other stakeholders regularly.
What is essential:
* At least 2 years experience in a similar role.
* A passion for great customer service.
* Exceptional organisation and time management skills.
* Demonstrate excellent communication skills.
* Insurance building experience is highly regarded.
