A leading projects-based company in Sydney is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Contract Administrator for an initially contract opportunity. Our client focuses on commercial fit-out projects, particularly within a retail environment.
Key Responsibilities: Manage and administer contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and standards. Review, prepare, and update contract documentation. Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and contract performance. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to address contract-related inquiries and issues. Maintain accurate records in contract management systems and ensure data integrity. About You:
To excel in this role, you will bring:
Proven experience in contract administration or a similar role. Minimum 2-5 years experience working on retail and commercial fit-out projects. Strong organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. The ability to work independently and meet deadlines under pressure. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (experience with contract management software is a plus).
