This role provides service delivery governance, technical leadership and oversight and acts as an escalation point for the Customer for operational issues.What you'll doProviding technical leadership ensuring business solutions are optimally built, configured, and managed to meet the desired business outcomes.Demonstrating innovative thinking and leadership, providing leadership to teams enabling openness to new ideas and technology.Planning and coordinating resources necessary to complete product implementation and assisting in preparation of major sales proposals.Evaluating customer's business needs, contributing to the strategic planning of solutions.Demonstrating change leadership through the provision of sound advice, and by improving systems and processes, to support the vision for Datacom, their specific division and the development of customer-focused strategies and initiatives.Participating in reviews and ensuring commercial obligations are met while identifying areas for improvement including automation.Establishing a positive and constructive relationship with the Customer including effective escalation, risk and resolution management.Ensuring change requests are adequately reviewed for potential service implications.Developing and communicating delivery status and performance reports.Acting as an integration point between the Customer and the Datacom teams and working alongside key vendors to ensure solutions delivered meet the customer's business needs.Acting in a leadership role for high priority Incident and Problem Management, providing guidance and advice in order to resolve technical problems and issues.Why join us here at Datacom?Datacom is one of Australia and New Zealand's largest suppliers of Information Technology professional services.
