The Position
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Service Representative to support their sales and customer service operations. This is an opportunity to work in a collaborative environment where customer satisfaction is the top priority.
Key Responsibilities:
* Answer and manage customer inquiries via phone and email.
* Process sales orders using NetSuite, managing orders from sources like CSV files, email, and vendor invoices.
* Provide support to field sales staff and collaborate with colleagues to resolve customer needs.
* Respond to requests for Proof of Delivery (POD), invoices, and estimated times of arrival (ETA) for stock.
* Manage customer data, generate monthly renewal quotes, and update customer records.
* Assist with digital marketing activities, including LinkedIn posts and newsletters.

* Strong communication skills - written and verbal.
* Detail-oriented with a strong ability to follow established processes.
* Skilled in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Expert in basic customer service functions.
* Intuitive and customer-focused, with the ability to make product recommendations and support customer inquiries.
* An excellent communicator who works well in a team and independently.
* Comfortable managing multiple priorities and adapting to a fast-paced work environment.
* Background or experience with telco products or electronics (desirable)
