You will collaborate closely with leaders across all areas of the business, as well as key roles within the broader People and Culture team, to ensure a seamless and high-quality employee experience at every stage.Key Responsibilities:Lead the implementation of the HR business plan that aligns with the RAAFA Strategy, ensuring effective workforce planning and the acquisition of the right skillsets to meet RAAFA's current and future needs.Manage recruitment efforts and develop retention strategies to attract and retain top talent that aligns with RAAFA's values, business requirements and growth agenda.Navigate industrial relations ensuring effective delivery of employee relations practices.
Ensure compliance with employment laws, industrial relations frameworks and best practices.
Foster strong working relationships with unions and relevant stakeholders.Partner with WHS to lead the delivery of an Employee Health & Wellbeing Program that supports staff across all areas of wellbeing.Foster a positive, inclusive culture and implement strategies to enhance productivity, employee engagement, and staff morale.
Manage a dedicated employee feedback system to ensure a responsive and open workplace.Develop and implement a comprehensive Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion plan that promotes a diverse, fair and inclusive workplace, ensuring alignment with RAAFA's values and objectives.Provide support, advice, and coaching to Managers at all levels.
