This role is 32 hours per fortnight on an ongoing basis.Our CRCU's provide fourteen (14) individual units all fully equipped, and self-contained.
CRCU is staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
The Registered nurse is responsible for providing a high quality, safe clinical services in the Unit, ensuring the achievement of quality patient outcomes are in line with LRH clinical and customer service standards.Reporting to the Nurse Unit Manager (NUM), this role plays an important role in ensuring the existence of appropriate systems and processes to meet the CRCU team's Key Performance Indicators (KPI's).The successful applicant will:Support the Unit Manager in the provision of dynamic and evidence-based clinical leadership and human and financial resource management.Implement and coordinate care delivery ensuring legislative compliance and adherence to policies and procedures that support the delivery of high standards of clinical practices.Manage, co-ordinate, lead and assist in the development of the unit ensuring person-centred care and the achievement of a high standard of quality patient outcomes.Lead the unit in relation to implementing recovery-focused and non-punitive and non-coercive practices, including the reduction of seclusion and restraint practices.How to applyJoin us in our mission to provide exceptional healthcare services to our community.
