The Role The purpose of this role is to provide assistance in the delivery of Council's capital works projects efficiently and effectively with respect to cost, time, quality and risk.
About You Tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying or similar related area.
Minimum 2 – 3 years post-graduate experience in the area of project coordination or management experience in the planning and delivery of capital works in the public and/or private sectors.
An understanding of project management concepts, together with proven competencies in design stage management, tender and contract administration, construction / project coordination and scheduling.
Current Class C Drivers License.
