Key Responsibilities: Lead the development of internal operational priorities and business plans, ensuring they align with key strategic goals.Collaborate with the Finance team to develop annual budgets that reflect organisational priorities, using data and trends to guide decision-making.Implement and manage a performance framework to track, analyse, and drive continuous improvement across the organisation.Oversee key cross-organisation initiatives, ensuring the progress, prioritisation, and effective resource allocation.Prepare and present high-quality performance reports for the Senior Leadership Team and the Board, offering insights and recommendations.Deliver critical organisational reports, including the Annual Report, Corporate Report, and Statutory Reports, as required.Develop metrics and KPIs to measure performance across corporate, impact, and operational areas.Engage with internal and external experts to enhance reporting tools and processes, fostering a culture of improvement and innovation.What We're Looking For: Strategic and operational leadership experience in public or private sector environments.Experience leading teams focused on strategic planning, performance, or governance at an organisational level.Proven ability to develop and implement cross-organisational strategic plans, working collaboratively with diverse teams.Strong analytical skills, with experience using data to forecast performance, guide decisions, and drive improvements.Expertise in project management, delivering key processes, managing workflows, and ensuring timely outcomes.Experience preparing reports for Executive teams and Boards, including performance, statutory, and corporate reports.Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to provide expert advice and align objectives across multiple teams.Familiarity with reporting tools and dashboards, with a commitment to continuously enhancing organisational effectiveness.Why Join Us?
