Manage a portfolio of clients; including correspondence from owners, tenants, and contractors Manage client retention; deliver exceptional customer experience and effective conflict resolution strategies Liaise with Repairs & Maintenance team for quote requests/work orders Prepare for and facilitate Annual General Meetings, Special General Meetings, and Committee Meetings (agendas, budgets, and minutes) Oversee financial requirements of buildings within portfolio Identify and promote continuous improvement opportunities What You Need to Bring to the Role:
Previous experience in a diverse client relationship role or similar Understanding of Body Corporate/Strata Legislation and related regulations desirable Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills Attention to detail and strong time management skills Takes a disciplined approach to personal & work life integration Empathic, team-oriented, and eager to develop/enabled others Initiative and learning focus (growth mindset) What's in it for You?
