We're looking for a Service Desk Support Technician to be part of our Service Desk - Run team, providing first-line support to Minda employees across a broad range of digital services and devices.
What You’ll Do:
* Be the first point of contact for technical support requests via ticketing, phone, or email.
* Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to devices, applications, connectivity, and access.
* Configure and deploy laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
* Support onboarding and offboarding, including user access setup and hardware handovers.
* Maintain digital asset records, including tracking, reallocation, and compliant disposal.
* Contribute to service documentation, knowledge base articles, and user training.
* Support the use of Microsoft 365 and Windows-based systems.
* Collaborate with Digital colleagues to support improvement initiatives and project rollouts.
What You’ll Bring:
* Service Desk or Technical Support experience within a busy, people-focused environment.
* Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows OS, and ITSM tools like Jira and Confluence.
* Good problem-solving skills with ability to communicate clearly with non-technical users.
* A positive, approachable attitude and a genuine interest in helping others.
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise in a dynamic setting.
* An understanding of good IT security practices and the importance of accurate documentation.
