This vacancy will suit both newly qualified chefs looking for their first opportunity and experienced chefs looking for stability.The successful applicant will have:Completion of an apprenticeship and holder of a Trade Qualification as a ChefThe ability to work collaboratively in a team environmentExperience with a la carte and functions serviceExtensive knowledge of food and able to manage a busy kitchen environmentA strong understanding of food safety requirementsThis is a full-time salaried role, working 5 days over a 7-day roster including weekends and public holidays.
