The role
This role is based in Sydney focusing on the HR market within Financial and Professional Services. Working on vacancies for our clients from entry to mid level, you will have the opportunity to deliver permanent, contract and temporary roles across Australia. This a 360 role that requires business development, account management and operational recruitment. If you know a lot about the HR industry but haven’t done much recruitment, get in touch and we’d love to chat to you and see if there might be a fit. You will:
1. Recruit end to end in HR and build a strong network and knowledge of the industry
2. Ensure a pipeline of candidates and assignments to meet and exceed revenue targets
3. Provide expert and consultative advice to your candidates and clients on the industry challenges and recruitment trends
4. Proactively reach out to clients and leaders in HR to build relationships and generate new clients
5. Network to identify new business opportunities through utilising our strong network and market experience
6. Arrange and attend webinars, networking events and roundtables.
7. Ad hoc projects
About You
This is the perfect role for someone with previous experience in a professional environment in a customer facing role. Ideally you will also have previous experience in recruitment or HR. To succeed in this role you will be:

9. Technology literate with intermediate skill level in Microsoft programs
10. Have strong consulting, analytical and problem-solving skills
11. Comfortable building relationships and enjoys making new connections
