We are looking for Customer Service Specialists to join our vibrant team at our Ballarat delivery centre, working with one of Australia’s leading superannuation funds.
With contracts being issued prior to Christmas closure, your new career will be all sorted!
Key Role Details:
* Start date 6th January 2025
* $27.17 per hour + super and penalty rates
* Permanent, full-time onsite opportunities
* Monday to Friday 8am – 8pm
* Saturday 9am to 5pm
* 4 weeks full-time paid training
Key Responsibilities:
* First point of contact for customer service and account management
* Ability to understand individual customer needs and deliver a personalised experience
* Support customers through multiple channels, commencing on our voice line and moving towards other channels such as web messaging, smartphone apps, social media enquiries, and email
* Hold a higher level of emotional intelligence and resilience to guide customers through the eligibility criteria for early release of super.

Who are you?
You believe quality customer service is paramount when dealing with customers. No contact centre experience necessary but exceptional customer service skills are a must!
* Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and programs in a fast-paced environment
* Passionate about customer service and an excellent communicator
* Ability and desire to achieve targets and KPI’s
* Efficient investigation and problem-solving skills
* Ability to adapt and retain product knowledge in dynamic and evolving markets
* Must have full working rights in Australia and be at least 18 years of age
* Ability to complete background and police checks.
