Work with a supportive and dynamic team servicing the Stonnington area and surrounds.
THE ROLE:
1. Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm
2. Participate in weekly sales meetings and manage the sales spreadsheet.
3. Assemble, prepare, and distribute Pre-Listing Kits.
4. Conduct comparable sales history research (e.g., using PriceFinder).
5. Create and organize proposed advertising schedules.
6. Input new listings into Box + Dice.
7. Process new listing files for auctions, private sales, etc.
8. Ensure accurate entry of all sale authority details in Box + Dice.
9. Provide ad hoc support to the sales team, including preparing submissions, property reports, and marketing schedules.
10. Oversee Real Time Agent and Campaign Agent processes.
11. Coordinate the receipt of sale deposits and advertising payments via DEFT Auction Pay/BPAY.
12. Manage BPAY reference payments.
13. Delegate tasks to Reception/Sales Admin Assistant as necessary.
14. Review and process new listing files to ensure compliance with CAV regulations (e.g., authority, advertising, Consideration of Offers form, etc.).
15. Prepare and update the Statement of Information form for all sale properties throughout the campaign, ensuring adherence to compliance requirements.
16. Notify the CEO of any non-compliant files for follow-up with sales staff.
17. Provide relief coverage for reception duties.
18. Supervise sales administration tasks handled by the Receptionist/Administration Assistant.
THE CANDIDATE:
19. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
20. Familiar with the Box + Dice sales system.
21. Agents Representative certification (preferred but not required).
22. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
