The role:
* Kitchen Manager - responsible for BOH operations - reporting to the Restaurant General Manager
* Leading teams of 10+ in a fast paced QSR/casual dining restaurant
* Manage operations, rosters & COGS
* Food preparation, ordering, food safety & compliance will be part of your day to day
About you:
* Experience a restaurant manager across the QSR or casual dining industry
* Motivated to grow your career & inspire those around you to do the same
* Obsessed with welcoming guests & offering an industry best level of service
* Capable of managing full restaurant financials
