This role will work for Volvo Commercial Vehicles (VCV), who are the primary commercial vehicle distribution centres for Volvo Trucks and Buses, Mack Trucks, and UD Trucks.
What you will do As a Trainee Customer Service Representative, you will assist the Workshop team in coordinating the servicing of customer vehicles while developing your skills in customer service and stakeholder engagement.
You will receive on-the-job training from the Service Advisor to gradually build on your skill set.
Throughout the 12 months, you will also complete a Certificate III in Business – Customer Engagement, which will tie in with the work you are doing day to day.
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Assisting with scheduling service appointments Opening and closing repair orders Raising purchase orders Assisting with phone enquiries Advising customers with status updates and variances to quote prices Ensuring technicians have completed their reports correctly Your future team This role will be based at our Volvo Commercial Vehicles Gold Coast dealership in Carrara, which forms part of the larger Volvo Group Australia umbrella.
Reporting to the Workshop Manager, the team of 23 workshop staff is made up of Mechanics, Auto-Electricians, Apprentices, Service Advisors, and Costing Clerks.
