About the Role: As the Executive Officer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of the Office of the CEO. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for designing and implementing efficient workflows to enhance operational effectiveness. You will manage high-priority requests, coordinate CEO briefings and executive meetings, and oversee the CEO's speaking engagements. Additionally, you will support the execution of strategic initiatives, overseeing the timely delivery of projects and preparing critical reports, briefings, and board materials. Your contribution will extend to identifying and implementing improvements to enhance the overall performance and efficiency of the Office of the CEO. About You: You are an experienced professional with a background in executive or operational support, particularly in working with senior leaders or boards within the not for profit or government sectors. Your strong interpersonal skills enable you to build effective relationships with senior executives, external stakeholders, and diverse teams, while your exceptional communication skills-both written and verbal-ensure clarity and professionalism.
