Role Overview: As a Guest Services Agent, you will be required to complete daily tasks including: processing guest check-ins, check-outs, assisting with guest requests, questions or concerns and escorting guests to rooms at The Westin Brisbane and Four Points by Sheraton Brisbane. Your primary focus will be to ensure that our guests receive high quality service and have their requests responded to. Who you are and what you need: - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Ability to multi task and prioritise jobs - Must have passion & attitude with keen attention to detail - You will maintain customer loyalty through the innovative resolution of issues, with strong attention to ensuring a positive guest experience. - Be available to work over a 7-day rotating roster which will include working evenings, early starts, public holidays, and weekends About You: - Demonstrated experience in a customer service position or a similar role. - Demonstrated experience in working within a team. - Knowledge of best practices in the Accommodation and Food & Beverage industry. - Excellent communication abilities. - Skill in developing and maintaining strong relationships. - Outstanding attention to detail and strong organisational capabilities. - Capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively within a dynamic team environment. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
